The Global Finance Modernisation(GF Mod) Market Change Manager is responsible for developing andimplementing change management strategies and plans that maximiseemployee adoptions and usage. The goal of the GF ModMarket Change Manager is to drive faster adoption, higher utilizationof changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employee’sdaily work.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Leverage a Change Management methodology, process, and tools tocreate a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by aproject or initiative
  • Enable the design, development,delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conductimpact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify keystakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, andsupport the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measuresuccess metrics and monitor change progress

What Teamwill I be a part of?

You will be part of the UK&I‘Change’ team. This small but hugely important team connects peopleacross our business to focus on delivering the right projects, in thebest way, to achieve our business goals. It proactively andindependently challenges and innovates, working diligently to improvethe way we work and deliver change as a business.

In thisrole, you will also dotted line into a Global Change Team who areaccountable for the full Global Finance Modernisation Programme, ofwhich the UK&I is one market. This team will lead the Global Changemethodology, for which you will localize for the UK&I.

Qualifications:

Whatbackground do I need to have?

  • Experience with andknowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common visionor goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguoussituations
  • Experience with large-scale organisationalchange efforts
