Lowestoft – Care Worker.

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Care Team in and around the Lowestoft.

As a valued member of our Care Team in Lowestoft, you’ll enjoy a variety of benefits, such as.

£750 Government Incentive payment if new or returning to care. (Subject to Terms and Conditions)
Paid Mileage: You’ll be compensated for your mileage at 42p per mile.

About the role:

As a member of our amazing Care Team in Lowestoft, your responsibilities will include…

Personal Care: Supporting our customers with all aspects of their personal hygiene.
Meal Preparation: Supporting our customers nutritional needs.
General Domestic: Tasks like shopping visits, cleaning, etc.
Administering Medication: As well as other more complex interventions based on your training level.
Completion of accurate records such as Care logs and Medication Administration Records.
Delegated Healthcare Tasks: With additional tasks such as:
Supporting skin integrity and wound healing by changing dressings.
Supporting a person’s nutrition using a PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy).
Supporting a person to manage their diabetes through insulin administration monitoring.

A Valid Driving Licence & Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role, as you will be providing essential care and support to our customers not only in the Lowestoft Area.

Whilst having previous experience in the Care Industry is great, its not essential, you will join our 6-day paid induction programme, providing you with a fully funded care certificate and all the essential skills & knowledge required to be an incredible Care Worker.
