We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Director to inspire our clients, end-consumers, and their operations team to excel in their roles. The successful candidate will be in charge of the strategic and operational management of a varied commercial contract.
Guaranteeing contract performance aligns with budget and meets business plan and financial goals.
Discovering opportunities for growth and efficiency through innovative approaches.
Developing and overseeing a labor strategy that complies with contract requirements.
Assisting the sales team in creating financially viable bids and proposals, culminating in contract finalization.
Leading in contract retention and strategizing for expansion.
Driving the strategic advancement of current accounts to cultivate new business opportunities.
Directing new business mobilizations in collaboration with Sales, Mobilisation, Technology, and Innovation teams to deliver solutions that surpass client and customer expectations, manage finances, and establish enduring partnerships from the outset.
Managing and leading HSE matters related to the contract and teams, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior management experience in a contract catering business, leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results
Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Display anatural passion for foodand customer service.
Track record of growing sales and retaining business
Demonstrable financial acumen
Able to work as part of a team and alongside subject matter experts - Keeps people informed, holds others accountable, sets performance standards
IT & computer literate
Driving License
