This includes adults with acquired brain injuries covering the northern region of the UK. If you have a person centred approach, and experience of managing supported living services for vulnerable adults, this could be the ideal career move for you As a Peripatetic Manager, your focus will be to achieve an excellent result for your services. Peripatetic Manager Role You will be responsible for developing and delivering detailed plans for continued service developments. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will have a thorough understanding of CQC standards, regulations and outcomes. Assume line management responsibilities for the team and lead clinicians where appropriate, to provide operational support and direction. Take overall responsibility for the effective management of projects.

• To support existing Service Managers to meet the quality requirements and cover the Service Manager role should the need arise
• As a Peripatetic Manager, you will share the values of the charity and want to make a real difference to people’s lives.
• As an experienced Manager, working with adults with varying health needs, you will be an integral part of the management team and will report to the Operations Manager.
• You will have strong leadership and communications skills and an ability to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.

Peripatetic Manager Skills/ Attributes Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care Experience in managing domiciliary or supported living services for vulnerable adults with mental health problems and / or adults with learning disabilities / acquired brain injuries. Driving Licence
