As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with multiple departments to provide comprehensive insights into our financial landscape. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, forecasting future performance, and working alongside team members to evaluate potential initiatives. As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
Link financial analytics to business performance, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and ensure financial data informs our business strategies.
Support operations in understanding revenue and profitability, deliver accurate financial forecasting, and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
Maintain robust relationships with senior managers, collaborate across departments, and drive positive outcomes through effective teamwork.
Perform financial analysis and reporting to drive decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and business growth
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making
Full or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experience in a similar role.
Presentation, relationship building, facilitation & prioritisation of work
