Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues and challenges.
Implement and maintain best practices for IT service delivery and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and systems.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and infrastructure from potential threats.
Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT projects with business operations.
In conjunction with the ICT Manager, review and develop supplier relationships including purchasing and agreeing service level agreements.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Must have a solid understanding of IT best practices, security principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably in a small team setting.
Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address complex IT challenges.
Ideally will have a degree in a related field, but more importantly will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
