If you enjoy working with the finest ingredients, have a passion for great tasting food and love being part of a close-knit team then the Henderson Kitchen is the place for you Working as Kitchen Porter you will: Look after the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area ensuring to use the correct cleaning chemicals for specific jobs.
Ensure the correct storage of clean equipment, utensils and chemicals.
Accurately record and safely remove all waste efficiently and responsibly.
Ensuring the production area is free from any hazards which may cause slips, trips or falls, assisting with cleaning up any spillages immediately.
To ensure the highest standard of Personal Hygiene and observe the Company Dress Code to comply with Food Safety Regulations.
Ensure all equipment is maintained according to guidelines and report any faults or defects immediately.
Skills for Success It would be desirable if you had experience working in a kitchen (or similar environment) but dont worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience
- well provide you with all the right training.
