This team is collocated across the globe and is highly collaborative. You will have a solid background in certificate management and distributed security and will be willing to work with people from different cultures / locations. As a member of the product development team at BMC you are responsible for coding software and participating in all development efforts to produce high quality, high performing and fault tolerant software. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: Contribute to the development team responsible for developing and debugging of our Certificate Management product. Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of several factors. Work across product lines with interaction of other BMC products and teams. Independently design and implement features that address customer needs with a sense of ownership within given timelines.As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems. To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:Strong knowledge within the certificate management space (Venafi preferred)Experience with X.509 Certificates and SSH keys/certs Development experience with C/C++ on z/OS or Windows Development experience with C# on Windows Experience with RACF security functions, macros and programming beneficial. Additional ACF2 and Top-Secret experience beneficial Experience with JCL, REXX, IBM Utilities and SDSF CISSP certification Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:Experience designing and implementing mainframe applications in an IBM z/OS environment. Experience with mainframe high level assembler (HLASM) with structured macros. Experience in Windows / Linux administration and security. Experience in z/OS Unicode Services Experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software.
