This role offers the chance to take ownership of the design and development process, from initial concepts to final production, ensuring our products exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

As a Senior Product Developer , you will lead the creation and development of advanced tactical clothing and equipment, focusing on hands-on execution and practical problem-solving.
Product Design & Development
Independently lead the design and development of tactical clothing and equipment.
Craft and refine prototypes that balance functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Oversee product testing and validation, focusing on performance under real-world conditions.

Material Sourcing & Fabric Testing
Conduct rigorous testing for strength, comfort, and durability.
Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality resources.

Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure quality and consistency in production.
Negotiate timelines and costs independently to meet project goals.

Project Management & Execution
Manage multiple product development timelines with a focus on efficiency and results.
Ensure projects align with customer requirements and are delivered on schedule.
Maintain detailed documentation of development processes and testing outcomes.

Stay informed about trends in tactical clothing and equipment.
Personal Qualities
Technical Expert : Deep expertise on all areas of clothing development
Combines creativity with a drive to deliver high-quality results.
Proven experience in product development, ideally in textiles, clothing, or tactical equipment.
Strong understanding of material sourcing, fabric testing, and supplier engagement.
Expertise in prototyping, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
Proficiency in CAD or similar design tools.
Experience managing tender-driven projects with tight deadlines is a plus.
