This is a super opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to grow and further develop experience in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for a range of accounting duties:
- Completing all ledger entries for sales ledger transactions.
- Daily reconciliations of income.
- Creating and issuing ad hoc sales invoices.
- Collating and reporting for sales ledger activities for month end.
- Investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Assist with sales/finance queries both internally and externally.
- Extracting accounting information from multiple systems and analysing for reporting.
- The successful candidate will be proactive, friendly and enjoy being in a busy role.
- Recent accounts experience including sales ledger and bank reconciliations is essential.
- Good analytical skills, with strong IT skills including MS Excel, experience of Sage is desirable.
- You will need to be organised and able to work using your own initiative.
