About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team, a leading cyber consultancy firm specialising in security architecture.

As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technological strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge security solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity for our clients.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior technology role, with a focus on cybersecurity and security architecture.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security architecture solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS Controls).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity
