Do you have business development management experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in London? Our client is seeking a full-time Growth Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Growth Manager, you will oversee and deliver a pipeline of projects, clients and opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with the Studio Head and the Account Management team to strengthen client relationships, drive growth and help create the best game content possible.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

  • Drive new business strategies and nurture opportunities from new leads
  • Build the studio’s commercial strategy and align business goals and objectives to focus on growth
  • Formulate compelling proposals and pitch materials
  • Manage and oversee project status to identify new opportunities and growth potential.

To apply for this Business Director role, you will need substantial experience in a client-facing role, business development or agency management. You will also require prior experience within the games industry and a natural passion for the industry. In addition, you should have a good grasp of agency culture, and a previous business development role would be desirable.

A little bit about the city: London

As the English capital, London is known to be a city full of opportunities. London is well-known for its widespread underground system, boasting 11 lines stretching 402km in total. Additionally, the Night Tube, a 24-hour service, is available on Fridays and Saturdays, making getting home after an evening exploring or catching up with friends a breeze. Aside from the Tube, London offers buses, river buses, black cabs, ‘Boris Bikes’ and trams, so getting around the city should never be a problem
