Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Flat Roofing Estimator at T & T Roofing Limited. You will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates. You will work closely with clients and the internal team to assess project requirements, evaluate costs, and prepare detailed estimates. This role is primarily based in Sawston, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a roofing estimator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems and materials.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
