We are seeking a professional Guest Service Manager to lead our Front of House operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who excels in service delivery and guest relations in a prestigious hospitality environment.
Guest Service Manager Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hospitality degree with experience in a 5-star hotel environment
Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role, with strong operational knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably Opera
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests effectively
Strong organizational skills and a team player who can work collaboratively with various hotel departments
Committed to living the company's values daily and acting as a brand ambassador
Guest Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Front of House operation daily/nightly to provide an exceptional guest experience
Anticipate guest needs intuitively and ensure seamless service delivery at all times
Engage proactively with guests during their stay to enhance their experience through personalized service and creative gestures
Oversee and coordinate the running of Front of House areas, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any guest complaints or queries effectively
Maintain a strong lobby presence, especially during peak times, to greet and meet with guests, ensuring all VIP guests are recognized
Responsible for the training and performance monitoring of the team, ensuring high standards are met consistently
