We are on the hunt for a ‘Shopper Marketing Executive’ to come and join our sweet life of HARIBO

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO Customer Marketing team where you will play a core role in driving sales and brand engagement through the development and implementation of marketing strategies that influence customer behaviour at the point of purchase.

Within this role you will report directly into Rianne, our fantastic ‘Shopper Marketing Manager’, whilst also working collaboratively with a whole host of HARIBO colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Design, Production as well as Commercial Finance. This could be your opportunity to make your mark and create some sweet goodness at the happy world of HARIBO.

How you’ll contribute to this mix:

- Assisting our Shopper Marketing Manager in delivering our trade activation plan for the UK and Ireland, whilst ensuring alignment with broader business goals

- Working closely with our internal teams and external partners to coordinate and implement effective trade marketing initiatives

- Providing the HARIBO field sales team with the appropriate tools and POS materials

- Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, collate and develop trade marketing opportunities across multiple channels

- Providing comprehensive briefs to the design team in relation to artwork requirements whilst also maintaining consistent communication throughout

- Overseeing the management of Trade Marketing public relations and press activities, including collaborating with third-party agencies

- Managing the design and production process for existing in-store display materials and stands

- Coordinating with external suppliers and stakeholders for the production of POS materials and sales tools as well as the day-to-day management and distribution of these materials and improvement evaluations

- Maintaining the Brandbank catalogue system to ensure up-to-date product information is available to all stakeholders

- Managing HARIBO’s presence at trade shows, including the development and maintenance of display stands and equipment

Are you currently operating with the Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing space and are looking for your next opportunity? Don’t worry if you don’t have specific FMCG experience, we would still love to hear from you

This could be a fantastic move if you’re currently sat within an agency role and are looking to make that transition from agency to becoming a Supplier.

Calling all graduates too…we would also love to hear from you if you’re currently sat within a Marketing based Grad role and are looking to make the jump into the world of confectionary.

To really thrive within this role, we are looking for someone who naturally takes a proactive approach as well as takes pride in building strong relationships with key stakeholders internally within the business and externally with customers and agencies. A real eye for detail is also paramount, we are looking for someone who is super organised and isn’t fazed by juggling multiple projects at the same time. A passion for Marketing is also key, we are looking for someone who can bring lots of new energy and enthusiasm to our Customer Marketing team.
