CSS Recycling are the leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the UK. Through the expertise of our people and investment in modern technology, we promote and deliver a sustainable solution for the recycling of WEEE. Established for over 35 years, we have major contracts with local authorities, utility companies and businesses throughout the UK.

As a result of continuous business growth, we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Transport Administrator to assist the CSS Transport team, reporting to the Transport Manager.

GCSE Maths and English minimum.

2 year minimum experience in an office environment.
~ Experience working as an Administrator in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, Despatch is an advantage, but not essential.

Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.
Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing, while possessing an excellent telephone manner.
Have a flexible approach to work and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.
Reporting to the Office Manager
Updating weekly transport and despatch schedules in Excel.
Liaison with existing CSS customers to manage transport bookings & requirements.
Liaison with CSS own transport fleet and 3rd party providers.
Managing and tracking all fleet, 3rd party & fuel costs.
Participate in transport spend tracking and internal reporting.
Assist with daily transport team and office operations as required.

Job Type: Full-time – 42.5 hrs per week 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (0.N egotiable depending on experience.
