Payroll Bureau Senior Administrator

Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with our highly regarded PLC retail client in their search for a diligent Senior Payroll Administrator to join their growing finance team.
In this role you will support the Payroll Supervisor in overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payments to employees. You will also work to ease processes and ensure efficiency within your work, and that of the wider payroll team.
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will provide guidance on relevant legislation, and be a point of contact for employees with any queries related to payroll.
This permanent role would suit an organised individual with experience in a payroll position and a knowledge of systems. Our client is committed to promoting a healthy work/life balance for their employees, and is therefore offering hybrid working with two days from home per week. Support the Payroll supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met
Knowledge of statutory legislation relating to PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, and Pensions
Take a lead on the processing and finalising of monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules
Self-motivation and flexibility with strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
