Director | Digital Strategy Consultancy | PE Advisory Exciting opportunity within a fast growing digital strategy consultancy I am currently representing an boutique digital strategy consultancy as they continue their growth after recently launching in the UK. They provide top-tier digital strategy direction to their clients, specializing in transaction advisory and digitization. This is an opportunity to help shape the consultancy’s growth and impact in the UK market. The successful Director candidate will have a strong expertise in either transaction advisory and interest/experience in digital. For this role we are looking for candidates with experience from a strategy consultancy. Role Expectations Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and mentorship. Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial due diligence engagements, or digital strategies ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business challenges and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the consultancy in the UK. Key Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on digital strategy or transaction advisory. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital strategy or diligence projects.
