We are seeking an experienced IT/Audio Visual - Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery of complex technology solutions across multiple construction fit-out projects in London. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of IT and AV systems, delivering high-quality results on time.

Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and AV systems for construction fit-out projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technology needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, Consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects, from design and planning to installation and commissioning.
Oversee the design, installation, and integration of IT networks, AV systems, digital signage, video conferencing, and other related technologies.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all technology solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the IT and AV sectors, ideally within the construction fit-out market.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, AV systems, and related technologies, including design, installation, and integration.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in IT, Audio Visual, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
