The Role

As the Project Manager for Experiential you will bring significant knowledge on event production excellence combined with solid experience in managing internal and external partners. This will enable our client's in-house Creative team to deliver highly effective events and experiences.

We're looking for individuals who can offer:

  • Extensive experience in managing industry-owned and company-owned events (virtual, F2F or hybrid)
  • Experience ideally ranging in complexity and scale across the globe;
  • Experience gained either from in-house, large international company and/or an agency
  • Proficiency in strategic goal setting and on-target delivery of a broad range of experiential projects and formats;
  • A strong track record of successful end-to-end delivery from briefing and conceptualisation to onsite/ online management, execution, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of an integrated team effectively delivering world-class events
  • Budget management skills, championing cost savings and avoidance influenced by enterprise-first behaviours
  • Able to gain a strong understanding of the client's Business Principles, HSSE Frameworks, Brand and functional standards compliance, and its implementation in relation to the delivery of projects
  • Ability to lead alignment, simplification, and efficiencies in project management
  • Competence to solve business problems efficiently; create solid relationships with business partners, and support organic growth of the demand pipeline
  • Flexibility to adapt and prioritise multiple project assignments in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating positive behaviours and apply Learner Mindset
