We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join our team at Virtua, an award-winning experiential and activations agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts internally and externally as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee daily project management to ensure outstanding delivery, driving results-oriented solutions for our clients.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director to address new briefs and drive team initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with relevant partners for client projects, cultivating a network of trusted suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all campaign elements are supported by robust contractual, legal, and insurance documentation, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
- Maintain quality control for all client and supplier communications, upholding Virtua's high standards of professionalism and expertise.
- Demonstrate financial acumen, managing budgets, driving profitability, and efficiency, ensuring the long-term success of our clients and Virtua.
Requirements:
