Logiq Consulting are Cyber Security and Information Assurance experts. We specialise in providing leading edge consultancy to high-threat clients, as well as delivering a range of security services and products throughout the Private and Public Sector. We are a Microsoft Silver Partner.

Due to a rapid increase in clients within our Managed Services Team, we have a requirement for a Service Management Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience managing a service management framework within a managed service environment.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join our Managed Services Team, leading the Service Management capability.

Undertaking Service Architecture during the design of new managed services.

Supporting the Director of Managed Services in designing, developing and maturing of IT Service Management Practises.

Ensuring the Service Management Framework aligns to industry best practise and supports the organisations ISO 20000 certification.

Within Logiq Consulting, the Service Management Consultant will work closely at a strategic level, to ensure there is alignment between the Logiq IT service offering and the Logiq business needs.

Own the Service Management framework (SMF) roadmap, planning for continued maturity and overseeing the Service Management Systems continual improvement.

Own core Service Management Framework Processes, such as:

· Service level Management

· Service Catalogue Management

· Asset & Configuration Management

· Supplier Management

· Continual Improvement

Responsible for production and delivery of Service Management reporting, in support of service delivery management & continual improvement.

People Management of the Service Analyst.

Essential Skills:

Experience in leading a service-oriented service management capability.

Proven people mgmt. skills, creating and supporting a culture that breeds a high performing team and a collaborative approach to achieving desired outcomes.

Proven experience in the design, execution, and optimisation of service management processes.

Proven experience in the design, execution, and optimisation of ISO 20000 Service Management Frameworks.

Experience working in a secure technical environment.

Service management within an ITIL Environment

Strong customer focus and customer service attitude.

Strong personal organisational skills.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in a consultancy role.

Experience working in an Agile delivery environment

Desirable Certifications, Qualifications Experience:

Service Management qualifications above foundation. Preferably, ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader.
