Lowestoft Suffolk, United Kingdom Windcat Full time

At Windcat, we have been at the forefront of providing specialist crew transfer vessels to the offshore industry for over two decades. With a growing fleet of over 55 vessels and even more vessels in build, including the new MK5 series, we are one of the largest CTV operators in the industry. We are adding a new vessel type to our fleet to offer safety and comfort for up to 120 people: six Elevation Series CSOVs are currently underway. The first of these innovative vessels is expected to launch in 2025, complementing our existing CTV fleet.
Our offices in Lowestoft (UK) and IJmuiden (the Netherlands) support the operation of our vessels across multiple sites and collaborates with local partners across Europe.

TECH builds, owns, operates and designs a future-proof fleet powered by hydrogen or ammonia. They control a fleet of over 150 ocean-going vessels in dry bulk, container shipping, chemical tankers, offshore wind and oil tankers.

Windcat integrates the inhouse hydrogen dual fuel technology on all newbuild vessels, marking a significant step towards reducing carbon emissions.

Responsibility for planning and other relevant arrangements for European fleet and smaller UK sites, under supervision of the Crew Planner.

• Consult with Fleet Managers for emergency cover such as in the event of sickness.
• Preparation of immigration documents for all on-singing/off-signing crew on European sites.
• Managing crew annual leave requests and arranging cover.

Administrative support to the Crew Training Administrator includes:

• Course bookings for additional non-mandatory training, including sourcing providers, arranging shift cover and associated logistics such as travel and accommodation.
• General administrative assistance including updating online databases and systems and filing.

• Be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of the offshore industry
• Full time employment in an international organisation
• 5 per week with 1 in 4 weeks on call in evenings and weekend
• Company benefits include enhanced holiday, death in service, workplace pension, private medical insurance.
