The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a positive outlook, and a history of achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
- Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in offerings.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company's database.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
- Take responsibility and accountability for your sales performance.

- Proven experience in closing sales over the phone.
