Sales Coordinator Cornwall ( St Austell ) £28k - £30k A leading Housing Develop who have become one of the South West leading New homes provider are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Cornwall. Working closely with the sales team to support them and coordinating new sales and opportunities. Focusing on the customer journey at all times and be the point of contact for Solicitors, estate agencies and consultant to provide a smooth running of their new home. Responsibilities will include :

  • To manage relationships with solicitors, estate agents and other external consultants to ensure timely completions for the company’s property sales
  • Managing Marketing activities & promotional materials
  • Ensuring a high level of Customer Service at all times
  • To assist in the forward planning and development of future sites
  • Responsible for site/sales and project team liaison, plot release documentation and reviewing customer documentation.
  • Building relationships with Clients and other parties
  • to assist the sales Manager with the smooth running of every new property sold
  • Can create & manage social media platform
  • To manage the coins house sales database including updating customer interest and reservations, review reports and provide recommendations.
Experience/Skills required:
  • Experience working within a sales/new build environment but not essential
  • Understanding of property sales and estate agency processes
  • Some marketing/Content creating for social media would be essential
  • Educated to A level or equivalent Level 3 qualification
  • A good problem solver with a positive attuide
  • Administration experience and good organisation skills
  • Own transport required
The role requires working from various locations in Cornwall/Devon but the head office based in Cornwall. This role has the additional benefit of a 10% Car Allowance. They are Seeking a customer focused individual with a passion for new homes, proactive and confident with good IT skills. Ideally worked within property/Sales but not essential.
