Working for a fantastic business in the North West, we are recruiting for a Motor Supply Chain Manager to join a busy and successful team. Location:

Office based 3-4 days per week, home 1-2 days with travel to meet suppliers and attend industry events when required

You'll be proactively managing relationships with key suppliers within the motor claims industry Ongoing review of performance ensuring the delivery against commercial and customer KPI's Driving continuous improvements Defining the supply chain strategy to meet forecasted demand and keep updated with industry leaders and innovators Engaging with Insurer clients and liaising between clients and cross-functional internal teams Develop supplier reporting, providing strategic market insight and recommendations

Experience & Knowledge

As the Motor Supply Chain Manager, it is essential that you have technical and specialist knowledge of supplier contract management from within the motor insurance industry. You will also have a previous track record of sourcing and securing new suppliers through to implementation and providing an ongoing supplier relationship performance management structure. You must be driven, self-motivated and engaging, with a genuine passion for providing a best-in-class customer and claims journey. Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management Demonstrable evidence in senior-level client engagement to influence change, directly and through collaboration with operational management teams Evidence of operating in a high transaction volume service business with multiple relationships and commercial models Flexible approach to workload and travel within the UK.
