An international FMCG brand in Chester is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to cover a 12 month contract .

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Digital..

  • Plan, develop and implement the company wide Paid Media strategy covering, Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping and Display
  1. Manage and develop direct report paid media manager
  2. Proactively promote best practice across our paid media channels
  3. Daily optimisation to grow revenue and ROI
  4. Hands on management of the businesses Paid media activity and budget
  5. Define Paid media KPI frameworks and reporting processes
  • Undertake ad hoc research/analysis/ troubleshooting when required by the business

Skills Required:

Must have 3-4 years experience working in a similar ecommerce / paid media role

Strong background in Paid Media management is essential

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines
  • Excel as part of a team and an organisation which values collaboration
  • Ability to communicate Paid Media channel detail in a way that is easy to understand
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
  • Experienced in Paid advertising, Paid social and social media channels is key
  • Able to stand alone as hands on role
  • Able to start immediately and commit to 12 months
  • Must be passionate about Paid Media

Salary up to £52k basic , depending on experience, hybrid role -1 day at home, 4 in office, 33 days holiday, hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday (can be flexible), pension, plus excellent benefit package
