The Reclaimed Flooring Company specializes in the fabrication of antique, reclaimed, and new solid & engineered wood flooring while maintaining the inherent beauty and the Aged Patina. With a proven track record of sustainable practice and authentic craftsmanship, our team collaborates with designers and architects to create wood flooring & matching joinery solutions for full home renovations and commercial fit-out projects. Since our foundation back in 2003, we have built a reputation for excellence and for creating some of the most authentic-looking characterful wood floors in the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of UK Business Development & Sales. The role involves leading and executing business development and sales strategies, managing accounts, and driving overall growth in the UK market. The Head of UK Business Development & Sales will work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to meet client requirements and build strong relationships with interior designers, builders, and architects. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth by developing a strong network of repeat B2B customers.
