Office & Finance Administration Manager

Office & Finance Manager – Spider is currently advertising on behalf of a client, who has an exciting opportunity for an Office & Finance Manager to be based within their farm Estate Office in Kirton , situated between Ipswich & Felixstowe . This is a pivotal role with the responsibility for the day to day running of all aspects of the Farm office accounts, payroll and administration functions.
As the Office & Finance Manager you will be working directly for the Estate owner. They are looking for someone with accounting and finance experience, as well as strong organisational skills to run the accounts and all aspects of the Estate and farming administration/record keeping. Office & Finance Manager duties include:
Full responsibility for the banking and finance, including VAT returns, pension payments, payroll, raising and processing invoices and month end cash flow reporting (this constitutes 60% of the role).
Full responsibility for all aspects of administration relating to the farming and property businesses (this constitutes 40% of the role).
Maintenance of the Farmplan finance, farming, and property databases. Training for Farmplan software will be given.
Sound financial experience to carry out the above duties is fundamental.
Strong computer and IT skills.
Own transport is essential due to the rural location.
