The Role: As a Field-based Graduate Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the growth strategy.

Your primary focus will be selling our premium products into builders merchants, engaging and building strong relationships with branch managers and sales teams. You'll have the exciting opportunity to nurture existing accounts while taking on the responsibility of cultivating new and fruitful relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle needed
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with branch managers and sales teams
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets
  • A collaborative approach to work well within a dynamic team
  • A flair for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

The Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • Generous car allowance of £450 per month or a company car, along with mileage reimbursement
  • £10,000+ OTE in your first year
