Successful candidates will apply themselves across the investment process during their nine-month contract to support the Antler team, our cohorts, and portfolio companies. Your first week will introduce you to the Antler team, how a venture capital firm like Antler operates and invests, and our portfolio companies.
Analysts will find this a fantastic launchpad to join Antler full-time, transition into investor or entrepreneurship roles elsewhere, or become operators in exciting startups and scale-ups. discovering exceptional entrepreneurs, working closely with entrepreneurial communities and networks, and managing the pipeline from scouting to onboarding)
Company-Building (e.g., take individuals from entrepreneurs to co-founders in our residencies; support operational excellence during the residency, help match founders, and support due diligence.)
Community (e.g. Assisting the Antler team's growth initiatives in the UK through brand building, networking, entrepreneur and investor engagement, event organisation, local/global investment and portfolio management best practices.)

Opportunity to work in Venture Capital and build a track record in investment and early-stage company formation
Flexible working with most team members in our Aldgate East office 2-3 days a week.
Twenty-three days of annual leave per year plus public holidays (pro-rated), plus the week between Christmas and New Year off.
A competitive, entry-level base salary of £29,000 per annum
