Then let me introduce you to SkyBridge; haven't heard of us before? Good. We have been operating in secrecy since 2017, in this time we have designed, manufactured and tested multiple prototypes, with the aim of finding the perfect eVTOL solution.
Due to recent success, we need to expand the team and increase our operations to hit our next milestone. We are looking for a Systems Engineer with a background in datalink RF & Line of Sight Communications to join our team to assist us with the further design & development of our wireless communications systems for our aircraft.
Within this role, you will be working on some of the most advanced and cutting edge technologies in the market right now, because of this, we need the best of the best to make it happen. If you are motivated by having a tangible and significant impact across the full vehicle architecture, whilst working with some of the best minds in industry, this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build of RF communication systems (datalink)
- Supporting of the current flight test campaign with existing datalink setup
- Define & implementation of datalink architecture for future prototype
- Antenna placement design
- Hands on building of electrical harnesses
- Rf interference analysis & monitoring
Qualifications:
- A background in Satellite communications
- Knowledge of relevant regulations & RF interference
- Software development experience using Matlab / Simulink
- Hands on experience in the design, build and repair of wiring harnesses

- Knowledge of Software development & integration of datalink aircraft system and ground system architecture
- Understanding of EWIS regulations
