DSR Global is a leader in international recruitment providing both freelance and permanent IT (SAP) and finance expertise to customer IT departments, finance organisations and business transformation projects.

Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system to find the best candidates for the job.
Travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and across Europe.

Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person. European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
Recent graduates/school leavers with excellent grades as well as experienced applicants with a successful track record in sales or customer service environment should apply.

We provide full training on the recruitment process and how to maximise the potential of our recruitment CRM and networking tools.

Depending on your level of experience, you will also get the opportunity to develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients.

Our salaries are negotiable with commission delivering a total income between £40-£100k per annum (full-time). We also offer a pension and healthcare scheme as well as a gym membership and your birthday off Weekly and monthly sales prizes, company nights out, team events and Director’s lunches are just some of the benefits of working at DSR.
