You could become part of a team who is committed to promoting equality and diversity in their unique new sub-regional neonatal intensive care unit (SuRNICC).
The successful applicant will be expected to take a full share in the 1:7 designated non-resident sole neonatal consultant on call rota. The unit is supported by a neonatal Tier 1 rota as well as a group of 5 ANNPs and paediatric tier 2 cover. CCT in paediatrics (with an interest in neonatology) - on the Specialist Register plus substantial experience or training of at least 2 years in the field of neonatology

The successful applicant will be on a 10 session Consultant contract. A job plan will be agreed according to the expertise of the successful applicants subject to annual review with the local Clinical Director.
The Trust have a number of opportunities for training, innovation and research, providing opportunities for growth both clinically and in leadership. The post holder will also be offered a wide range of opportunities to take on additional PAs from Prison clinics to the Section 136 rota that operates within the Trust.
