Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven Fibre Broadband Adviser to join our Desk-Based Sales team, focusing on telesales efforts in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for sales professionals experienced in direct outbound sales within desk-based or contact centre environments. Thrive in a fast-paced setting and make a rapid impact in a company with grand growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through proactive outbound **telesales** efforts.

* Foster and maintain customer relationships via inbound and outbound telesales calls, alongside email communications, to maximise sales opportunities.

* Maintain composure and patience in handling challenging customer scenarios during telesales interactions.

* Utilise MS Office and CRM systems to streamline telesales processes and customer management.

* A starting basic salary of £22,500, progressing to £25,000 after probation, plus an OTE of £35,000.

Ideal Candidate:

* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs within a telesales or similar sales environment.

* The ability to remain focused and composed, even in challenging customer interactions.
