Brief Description

Your pivotal role involves not just meeting industry requirements but exceeding them. Driving the development and delivery of core Occupational health services, as well as shaping the landscape of business health needs. You will help to elevate standards, ensure legislative compliance, and drive continuous improvements across all levels, from the leadership team to our close-knit operational units.
About the role (External)

Picture yourself setting a clear direction for Occupational Health services within the organisation, bringing about transformative change, whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, Occupational Health delivery partners, and business units. Your influence will consistently and effectively manage organisational health risks, aligning with legislative requirements, risk management strategies, and industry standard process all while recognising that travel to clinics nationwide may be required.

Person Specification / Essential Criteria

Expertise: Registered on Part 1 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, you've held senior leadership roles in Occupational Health within complex organisations.

Innovative Leadership: Build personal credibility, demonstrating strong leadership, motivation, and direction. Your ability to adapt communication to various audiences, including senior stakeholders, is unparalleled.

Operational Excellence: Your proven experience in managing occupational health services and multiple centres is a cornerstone of your qualifications.
