Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
Making outbound calls and correspondence in writing when necessary
Confirming and verifying details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
Investigating losses thoroughly to obtain pertinent facts and to record loss data
Corresponding in both French and EnglishKey Skills and Experience of a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
You must be fully fluent in both French and English
Excellent telephone manner and customer focus is required
Experience in a customer service/claims environment is required
