Job Description
Urgently seeking a Solution Architect with Nice CXOne/ CCaaS expertise to join an exciting client project starting mid-March for an initial three months, with a potential view to extending.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing Nice CX One CCaaS solutions across multiple clients, as well as in-depth knowledge of integrating NICE CX One with a CRM solution (ideally MS-D365 CRM). They should also have expertise in integrating multiple solutions, such as Nice CX One, MS-D365 CRM, DocuSign, Salesforce, and bespoke on-premise systems.
Other essential skills include the ability to design and optimise CCaaS solutions tailored to business requirements and the functionality offered by industry-leading CRM/case management solutions. Additionally, the candidate should be able to validate the overall architecture of the CCaaS and CRM/case management solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and meet data residency, business continuity, scalability, and performance requirements.

Focus:
Concentrates on creating a high-level design of the entire case management system and required boundary system interfaces. Will be required to evaluate the orchestration between NICE CX One and selected case management solutions (MS-Dynamics CRM).
Responsibilities:
Aligning technology solutions with business requirements, ensuring the system's overall integrity, scalability, and efficiency.
General Skills Provided:
System Design: Capability to design robust and scalable solutions for the entire case management system.
Technology Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools in the case management domain.
Requirements Analysis: Skill in comprehending and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the implementation of technology solutions.
Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Specialist Skills Provided as MS Dynamics Architect:
Validate the overall architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics solution proposed by MS & SI.
Helps ensure that the solution aligns with best practices and meets Data Residency, Business Continuity, Scalability and Performance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to advise on configuration and customisation required to meet organizational needs.
Understanding of data models, entities, and relationships in Dynamics 365 including data mapping and transformation required between D365 and Nice and other applications.
Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications such as Nice CX One, DocuSign, Salesforce, Bespoke on-premise Systems.
In depth knowledge of integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with NICE CX One
