As a Graduate Surveyor, youll support the Surveying and Facilities Management teams while building the foundation for a long-term career in the property industry. Assist with planned works, service charge budgets, and compliance with regulations to ensure properties are managed proactively.
Financial Management : Data & Reporting : Contractor & Supplier Oversight : Manage contractor performance and support tender processes to achieve best value and efficiency.
Growth Opportunities : Develop skills in Surveying or Facilities Management, with pathways to RICS qualification and leadership roles.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities, including report writing.
