We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our client’s team on a rolling day shift pattern. This role involves maintaining and improving plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team on engineering maintenance tasks.
Proactively identify and report faults and defects and perform diagnostic and repair work on mechanical equipment and infrastructure.
SAP), documenting planned maintenance, tasks, and any defects.
Maintain site security and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements for maintenance activities.
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulations regarding Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, and Quality standards.
Execute shift workloads as directed by the management team and report operational issues affecting delivery.
Provide tactical recommendations to management to stay on schedule and work alongside contractors as needed.
Participate in relevant training and development as required.

A proactive individual with a strong mechanical bias and experience in bulk handling equipment.
Regular engagement with the Health & Safety team to stay updated on legal and environmental issues.
