Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

A leading manufacturing company in Durham is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team of experienced professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values its staff and is passionate about delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve production problems using a methodical approach
  • Respond to breakdowns during production hours
  • Complete reactive maintenance to cover asset failures
  • Create retrofits and fabrication, and complete asset tear down and repair
Requirements:
  • Prior experience and competence in engineering and manufacturing
  • Experience in heavy industrial environments
  • Experience in fabrication and fitting techniques
What We Offer:

This is a full-time position with continental shift patterns (12 hours). You will be part of a department with 4 rotating supervisors, 8 continental technicians/fitters, and 3 dayshift technicians and fitters.
