A leading Law firm based in Crawley is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Digital Assistant to join our thriving marketing and business development team. This position is ideal for recent graduates, motivated A-level leavers, or current Marketing Administrators eager to advance their careers. In this multifaceted role, you'll immerse yourself in various aspects of marketing, including:

  • Content creation
  • Social media management
  • Digital marketing initiatives
  • Event planning and execution
  • Client feedback monitoring
  • New business support
Working alongside our experienced marketing professionals, you'll contribute to diverse and engaging projects. This role presents an excellent opportunity to jumpstart your marketing career, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in an award-winning legal firm. The ideal candidate will have - Good communication skills and competent numerical skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Skilled in the use of Adobe – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or a willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Good working knowledge of CMS systems including WordPress or a willingness to learn , including developing their skills around SEO
  • Professional manner and smart appearance.
  • Previous marketing experience is not required; but a keen interest in and understanding of business is essential. This may be demonstrable through a relevant A-Level or degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills essential, together with very good organisational and time-keeping skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team and alone.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and prioritise
