Due to our continued growth and strong focus on innovation, we have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Field Research Associate to join our multi-disciplinary R&D Team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.

This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern, with the expectations of two days per week in the office and some ad-hoc travel to our UK clinics as required.

As Field Research Associate, work closely with Engineering, Commercial and Clinical teams to identify opportunities to quantify clinical and non-clinical benefits of Blatchford’s digital health platform.

Proposing a range of innovative, cost-effective, data collection techniques to quantify benefits and usage of software products.
Ensuring data is collected in line with patient privacy stipulations and relevant legislation.
Facilitating a range of data collection forums.
Keeping abreast of changes in the industry and typical digital health or patient wellbeing systems.

Degree in Maths, Statistics or Data Science.
Experience in assessing statistical significance of data identified.
Familiar with agile software development cycles and ceremonies
Understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Lake concepts
Experience and interest in analysing human performance data.
