Job Description

Who we are looking for

A Marketing Executive, who will manage the on-page SEO within the Business for your territory.

You will be part of our in-house Performance Marketing Services department, which helps to support global digital marketing across all regulated markets. Working closely with our marketing team, you will help to develop and execute SEO campaigns, monitor website performance, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

You will stay up to date on industry developments and opportunities and have a passion for data and interpreting your findings into innovative SEO strategy, aiming to grow the Company’s organic visibility.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

  • Experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
  • Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similar Web and Screaming Frog.
  • Understanding of on-page SEO best practices such as, keyword research, content optimization, search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Highly numerate and proficient in Excel.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, German or Italian as an additional language is preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong interest in sport.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with content and marketing teams across the Business, to ensure the effective implementation of SEO strategy and best practices.
  • Self-motivation, positive and professional with excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment where strict deadlines are critical.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as GA4 and Search Console to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to the marketing team and management, to showcase the impact of SEO efforts.
  • Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high performing keywords for content optimisation.
  • Conducting page audits to ensure best on page SEO practises are been followed.
  • Optimising website content including landing pages, blog articles and product descriptions, for search engines and user engagement.
  • Assisting with the SEO strategy planning.
  • Maintaining the reports for internal teams and Senior Management.
  • Supporting internal teams in achieving country acquisition targets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on content’s organic performance, showing the results of your work and proposing ideas to keep optimising strategy.
  • Completing in depth keyword research, on site content audits and SERP analysis, using results to provide actionable insight and recommendations.

Ensuring processes and best practices are adopted, adhered to and reviewed within the team.
