White Horse Employment are thrilled to be working once again with an international not-for-profit association who provide invaluable support to their members. They are now looking for a CRM Administrator to join the wider Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

The purpose of this position is to keep the HubSpot platform organised and up to date to ensure accurate data across the wider business.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maintaining HubSpot to ensure effective data and processes across the business. Managing any duplicates and ensuring high quality, accurate data.
  • General housekeeping of HubSpot behind the scenes, archiving old data and keeping everything up to date.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, reminding them to update any data and chasing uploads when necessary.
  • Supporting the sales team with creating sales emails, sending requested information and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
  • Using data to provide insights on performance to the wider team.
  • Responding to internal customer queries.
  • Supporting with internal communications and website maintenance when required.

Skills and experience required:

  • Marketing or communications qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge and substantial experience using a CRM platform, preferably Hubspot.
  • Brilliant attention to detail and ability to manage high levels of data.
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing software’s (e.g. HubSpot or MailChimp).
  • Previous experience within an internal B2B communications role advantageous.
  • Excellent all-round communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Copywriting and grammar/ proofreading skills are advantageous.
  • A quick, confident learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
