As a Staff Nurse you will work closely with managers and colleagues to ensure that the service delivers high quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care to patients and their families, with care, compassion and dignity.
A minimum of 12 months post registration experience is required along with experience of delivering holistic care within a similar setting and significant palliative care experience.
A recognised post-registration palliative care qualification is desirable.
Wigan and Leigh Hospice is a well-established charity which has been operating since 1983. We provide a wide range of palliative care services to people with advancing life-limiting illnesses of any diagnosis and to those people important to them.
