Industry-leading training and development Support to gain your Level 3 qualification A clear and proven career ladder Supportive, rewarding team culture Opportunities to compete for Top Achievers Awards Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission What you'll be doing As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will: Generate and book valuations Conduct property viewings Negotiate offers and agree sales Progress sales through to exchange and completion Maximise opportunities to introduce clients to our Mortgage Advisor What we're looking for Sales experience preferred (but not essential) Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment Outstanding customer service skills Resilient, positive, organised and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Ready to take the next step?
