Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Researcher with a PhD or currently working at a university. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple sectors, including agriculture, equality, health, education, and government policy. The candidate should have the skills necessary to contribute to both consultation analysis and evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation Analysis
- Conducting comprehensive consultation analyses
- Gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing data from various sources
- Preparing detailed reports to inform policy and decision-making
Evaluation
- Performing process evaluations
- Conducting small-scale evaluations
- Undertaking evaluability assessments
- Carrying out impact assessments
- Developing logic models
- Applying theory of change frameworks
- Conducting economic evaluations
- Implementing statutory monitoring
- Engaging in performance monitoring
- Reviewing legislative requirements
Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field or actively engaged in academic research
- Proven experience in social research across multiple sectors

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with research methodologies and evaluation techniques
