This position requires a Leasing & Operations Associate to be a pivotal part of our clients dedicated team in London. The successful candidate will manage all sales / leasing operations and provide outstanding customer service to customers. Description Leasing: Run and deliver the sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Take potential members on viewings and follow up. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports. React and respond within agreed service time lines, ensuring prospective members and members expectations are managed within agreed deadlines. Ensure quality information is cared for professionally including any personal preferences. Maintain accurate lead and sales records and member activities using CRM software. Prepare and deliver weekly sales & operations reports.Customer-centric duties: Build a strong and successful relationship with members to maximise retention. Deliver all aspects of customer service, including a comprehensive front-of-house service, anticipating and exceeding member expectations. Respond to customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional way, identifying and undertaking appropriate action. Support members' events and activities. Provide recommendations to enhance member experiences.Operational support: Logging of maintenance requests, cleaning, and other services requests from members Manage cleaning and maintenance team in response to planned and reactive activities. Complete administrative move- in and move- out preparations. Look to maximise efficiency of operations. Complete daily Health & Safety compliance activities. Perform emergency night/ out of hours security tasks as part of the operational requirements. Complete monthly stock inventoryProfile The successful Leasing & Operations Associate should have: A degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Property Management or Business Administration. Demonstrable experience working in and delivering high-touch customer service roles (such as hospitality, high-end Build-to-Rent or Student Accommodation block management, retail / front-of-house). Excellent negotiation skills. Strong organisation, communication and report writing skills. People oriented attitude, showing empathy, having fun and ability to work well in a tight-knit team.Job Offer Competitive annual salary plus 20% bonus and benefits (incl. private health) Accommodation - heavily subsidised studio rate in our clients brand new building.
