Temporary Assessor

Commitment: 40 hrs per week (Flexible working) for three months starting end of January 2024
T he postholder will suppo rt the delivery of our short term contracts within the Liverpool / Manchester area to support the role out of energy efficiency improvements across all housing tenures.
To undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings.
Taking relevant photographs of the property during the survey and uploading them to the central data system.
Writing up a survey report using a template format provided by the company and issuing it to the client.
Hold ECMK accreditation and be competent on Corelogic software
Qualified as Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor
Have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle for transport

Minimum of GCSE Grade C in both English and Maths Y F,C
Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor qualification Y F,C
Experience of supporting and assisting individuals from vulnerable communities Y F,I
Knowledge of the housing sector Y F,I
Ability to work on own initiative, planning work schedules and working time Y F,I
Computer literate Y F,I
Full, clean driving licence Y
Flexible (some weekend and evening work may be required) Y
